Priyanka Awasthi is a writer who explores ambition, pressure, and the psychology behind people who perform at the highest levels. Her book Lights Out, Minds On: Winning Before It Starts — F1 Mindsets for Work, Love, and Life examines the mental world of Formula 1 drivers and the lessons their mindset offers for work, love, and life.
Professionally she works in analytics and strategy, bringing a data-driven lens to the patterns behind performance and success. Her writing sits at the intersection of analysis and storytelling, focusing on the personalities and pressures that shape modern icons.
Her education includes Bachelor's from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai, followed by a specialization in Marketing Research, Global Strategy from INSEAD, Singapore and a Masters in Business Administration from the esteemed Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
She has worked in the field of Analytics Consulting for over 11 years.
